Sorry for the messed up comments. I'm not sure what happened but they might have been sent to emails more than once. They aren't showing up on the page right, either, so I suspect an issue with the new version of wordpress. Anyway...sorry if I spammed anybody's email. :-)

Thanks for commenting on B’s blog! That made him happy. :-)

That gazebo really hasn’t been used to its full potential, unfortunately. But it was a good sun block for the back of the house. I do hope we can come up with a more permanent alternative. Hot sun and I just do not get along well.

Used curriculum…hmmm. I can’t think of anything. I have had good results with the BST forum on HEED - just depends on if somebody has what you need. Mixed results on Ebay - they seem to randomly pull things I am trying to bid on! And that reminds me, somebody from church was offering me some of her school stuff if I wanted it and I really should contact her about that. If she hasn’t gotten rid of it yet. Maybe she would have something you need, you never know! I’ll let you know if I find out anything interesting on that front. :-)

Ugh! Don’t even go there on the teenager thing. I refuse to let mine be teenagers. They must go from cute kids to adults, do not pass Go, do not stop at teenager.

I actually read or heard somewhere about a family that doesn’t refer to their ‘teen’ kids as teenagers. They are ‘young adults’. I get the thinking behind this and agree with it but I’m not sure I like the ‘adults’ part of it, either. :-) I guess when it happens I’ll just have to deal with it…from my fetal position in the corner.

Happy Birthday! Hurray! Sorry about your gazebo. I didn't even know you had one;of course I can't really see your backyard from here...

He did an awesome job decorating his own brownie:)

Hey, do you know of any other used curriculum sales going on this summer? Besides the one coming up in Ankeny next week? I hate paying full price for anything...
