I make these regularly for gifts. I like to make notches in the dowel where the wheel sits (they’ll be covered by the wheel when it’s in place) and inside the hole in the wheel. This gives the glue something to grip and the spindle’s less likely to come apart when it’s dropped. And it will be.

I was looking forward to reading your review and I’m not disappointed.

It’s always nice to hear reviews that actually go into detail about was liked or disliked, rather than just “It was great!” or “Eh, didn’t care for it.”

The opportunity for my kids to jump on and do what they can on their own, is a big plus for me as well! Not just when there is illness, but whenever I need for them to get started without me.

Again, I enjoyed your review. Thanks for sharing!

Hi there! We have been homeschooling for 5 years and have been using Time4Learning for the last 4 years. Our family loves it! My boys, ages 11 and 6, hate bookwork as much as I do, so it’s nice to have an online option that’s affordable.

You will see my friend request soon. From everything I was reading online, my chances of getting my account back are very slim. So I’m starting over…still hoping I get the old one back but this will hopefully keep me from running screaming into the street.

i heard about a guy on the radio that was taking FB to court because they somehow blocked him out and he couldn’t get it resolved. need a lawyer?

I’m so sorry, Tricia! It is touching that you cared enough about me to approach that source of information. I hope you washed thoroughly afterwards.

This is Day 4. I have no idea what’s going on. I think I answered all their questions correctly. There’s no phone number so you can’t talk to anybody in person to find anything out. When they ignore you…what can you do? I’ll probably log in under David’s name later – I can’t go all weekend without checking in on people! Next week…well, I may have to set up a new FB account and see what friends I can re-locate. I hate to start over and hopefully I’ll still get my real account back, but I’m seriously going CRAZY without it. I can live without it, but I don’t want to! We may wind up being one of those joint “DavidJodi” accounts. I don’t think David wants to do that, though.
